When he was 7 years old, Benjamin Emilio Rodia did two things . . .

He began selling newspapers from an egg crate on Main Street, and he changed his name.  Both decisions were to last a lifetime.

"It's my stage name", said

Miller B. Ross.

"Bridgeport's Premier Newsboy" eventually owned several newsstands around downtown.
